Having a Rich Life.

A woodstove, flowers, stained glass windows, a sleeping dog, as I gaze around my living room my eyes are pleased by the timelessness of my home. Aesthetics are key to my feeling of having a rich life.
The antithesis of timelessness is clothing with labels and tags. Good quality clothing of any era does not have visible tags or labels. When I purchase a piece of clothing my first step in customizing it is to remove the tags and labels. Tags cause bunching, they stick out the neck of shirts distracting from the composition of my outfit. I carefully cut the tags off my blankets, pillows, and pillowcases. Sheets, napkins, table cloths, all of it. I’m not sure that the lack of tag actually makes inexpensive, new, items look older or better quality, but I am certain that tags make anything look cheaper and of lesser quality.
